By downloading, accessing, or using Effisend, you enter into a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately stop using and uninstall the software.

Effisend is purely a non-custodial software interface. We do not act as a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor. We do not hold your funds, execute trades on your behalf, or have the ability to freeze, block, or reverse transactions on any blockchain network.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys and recovery phrases. You acknowledge that anyone with access to your recovery phrase can access your funds. Effisend does not store your keys and cannot recover them under any circumstances.

Blockchain technologies and digital assets are highly experimental, volatile, and subject to technical and regulatory risks. You acknowledge the risks of smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, forks, and regulatory actions. You use the software entirely at your own risk.

You agree not to use the software for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or circumventing financial sanctions. You may not reverse-engineer, exploit, or maliciously attack the software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EFFISEND OR ITS CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
