We do not collect, store, or transmit your private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name or email. Your identity on Effisend is solely represented by your public wallet address.

All sensitive cryptographic data is encrypted and stored strictly on your device's local secure storage. We have no access to this data. If you delete the app without a backup, your data is permanently unrecoverable by us or anyone else.

To facilitate interactions, Effisend routes public requests through third-party RPC nodes (e.g., Alchemy, Infura). When broadcasting transactions, these providers may log your IP address and wallet address. We recommend using a VPN for strict network-level anonymity.

We may collect anonymized, non-identifying telemetry data (such as crash reports and basic app usage statistics) strictly to improve application stability. This data cannot be linked to your identity or public wallet address.

Because we do not collect personal data or maintain user accounts on our servers, we do not have user profiles to export or delete. To "forget" your data, simply uninstall the application, which permanently wipes the local encrypted data from your device.
